Welcome to Local Citation Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at localcitationservices.co.uk (“Site”) and the digital services provided by us. By purchasing any package or accessing our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

Local Citation Services provides productivized search engine optimization and data entry services, including local directory submissions (citations) and Google Business Profile optimization. All services are performed manually based entirely on the information provided by you via our post-purchase onboarding forms.

2. Fees, Payments, and Billing

  • One-Time Pricing: All prices listed on our Site are flat, one-time fees denominated in British Pounds (GBP/£). There are no hidden fees or recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card data.
  • Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. Client Onboarding and Obligations

  • Information Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and formatting of the business information (Name, Address, Phone Number, website, images) you provide to us. We are not liable for SEO penalties or listing rejections resulting from inaccurate or inconsistent information provided by you.
  • Account Access: For Google Business Profile optimization, you agree to grant us temporary “Manager” or “User” access via Google’s secure access invitation system. You should never share your master account password with us.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

  • Our standard fulfillment windows range from 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of the purchased package. These timelines are estimates.
  • Delays in submitting your onboarding form will directly result in delayed delivery times.
  • Upon completion, we will deliver a master spreadsheet report containing live listing URLs and/or login credentials. Once delivered, you assume full ownership and responsibility for those directory profiles.

5. Refunds and Guarantees

  • Refund Policy: Due to the manual digital labor involved in building citations, we cannot offer refunds once work on your campaign has actively commenced. If you request a cancellation before our team has begun processing your order, a full refund may be issued via Stripe.
  • Third-Party Approvals: While we manually submit your data to high-authority networks, we do not own or control third-party platforms (e.g., Yelp, Yell). We cannot guarantee that 100% of third-party directories will approve or immediately display your listing due to their independent editorial policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Local Citation Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, search engine ranking drops, or algorithmic penalties resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
